Terms & Conditions — Credit Samadhaan

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. By making a payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Credit Samadhaan

Credit Samadhaan ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is a credit counseling and credit improvement advisory service operating under the brand "Credit Samadhaan" and its franchise network "Credit Samadhaan Kendra (CSK)." We provide credit report analysis, credit improvement planning, and credit repair advisory services to individuals in India.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Credit Improvement Plan — Single Bureau (₹699)

Analysis of one credit bureau report (CIBIL / Equifax / CRIF / Experian as selected), a personalized credit improvement roadmap, Hindi report summary via WhatsApp or email, and 30 days of follow-up advisory support.

2.2 Credit Improvement Plan — All Bureau (₹1,499)

Analysis of all four major credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF, Experian), a comprehensive credit health audit, bureau-specific improvement plans, and 90 days of WhatsApp advisory support.

2.3 Credit Repair Service (Custom — Quote-Based)

This service addresses errors, unauthorized entries, settled loans, incorrect defaults, or other inaccuracies in your credit report. Prior to accepting any payment, Credit Samadhaan conducts a free initial assessment, identifies all problems in your bureau report, and provides a detailed written quote with a specific commitment to work towards resolution of each issue. Payment is accepted only after you review and confirm the written quote.

3. Eligibility

Be a resident of India with a valid PAN card
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate personal and financial information
Have an active mobile number and email
Be the primary holder of the credit account(s) under review

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card, UPI, or banking credentials. For Credit Repair, payment is accepted only after your written quote is confirmed.

5. Service Delivery

CIP — Single Bureau: Within 48 working hours of payment and consent receipt.
CIP — All Bureau: Within 72 working hours.
Credit Repair: Timeline specified in written quote. Resolution depends on bureau processing times.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund After Report Generation

Once the credit bureau report has been fetched and your Credit Improvement Plan has been generated and delivered, no refund will be issued. Full refund terms are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

7. Nature of Advisory Services

Credit Samadhaan provides credit counseling and advisory services only. We are not a bank, NBFC, credit bureau, or RBI-regulated lender. Individual credit score results may vary. We do not make binding commitments regarding specific score increases unless stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Credit Repair — Specific Terms

Free Assessment: No charge during assessment. We identify all detectable errors before requesting payment.
Pre-Payment Quote: Detailed written quote issued before payment, specifying every issue we commit to working to resolve.
Scope: Our commitment covers only issues listed in the written quote.
Bureau Dependency: Final resolution rests with the credit bureau per RBI guidelines. We cannot override bureau decisions.
Client Cooperation: You must provide all requested documents promptly.

9. User Obligations

Provide accurate, truthful information
Provide identity documents as required (Aadhaar, PAN)
Give explicit consent for bureau report access
Not use services for fraudulent purposes or to dispute factually accurate entries

10. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, frameworks, templates, and reports are the intellectual property of Credit Samadhaan. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages including loan rejection or credit score outcomes beyond our direct control.

12. Grievance Redressal

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
