Credit Samadhaan offers digital advisory services. By completing a payment, you confirm you have understood and accepted these refund terms.
Our services involve procuring your credit bureau report, analyzing it, and creating a personalized credit improvement plan — all of which constitute completed, delivered, and irreversible digital work.
Once your credit bureau report has been fetched and your analysis report or Credit Improvement Plan has been generated — regardless of whether you have accessed or viewed it — no refund will be processed. The service has been fully delivered at that point.
Charged twice for the same order due to payment gateway error. Full refund within 7 business days.
Payment deducted but no order confirmed and no bureau report accessed. Full refund within 7 business days.
Technical failure on our end preventing bureau access, unresolved within 7 days. Full refund issued.
Bureau fetched but plan not delivered within promised timeline due to our delay. Contact within 48 hours.
Service fully delivered. No refund, regardless of whether you read the report.
Score improvement depends on your consistent follow-through of the plan.
Not accepted once the bureau report process has been initiated.
If service cannot be completed due to incorrect details submitted at purchase.
Contact us within 2 hours of payment at info@creditsamadhaan.com or WhatsApp. Full refund if order is cancelled before bureau access is initiated.
Cancellation is not possible. Service is considered delivered at point of report generation.
Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method only.
