• Identity: Full name, date of birth, PAN number, Aadhaar (last 4 digits only for verification)
• Contact: Mobile number, email address, city and state
• Financial: Approximate credit score range, loan details (only as voluntarily shared)
• Payment: Transaction ID, payment method type (we do not store card numbers or UPI handles)
• Communication: WhatsApp messages and email correspondence

• Credit bureau reports from CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF, and/or Experian — only after explicit consent

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with: Credit Bureaus (CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF, Experian) to fetch your authorized report; Razorpay for payment processing; WhatsApp Business for communication; CSK partners (minimum data, only if onboarded through a local center); and Legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

• Active customers: Duration of service plus 3 years
• Credit bureau reports: 90 days post-service completion, then deleted
• Payment records: 7 years (Income Tax Act & GST regulations)
• Marketing opt-in: Until consent withdrawn

8. Credit Bureau Consent

One-time consent to access your report from specified bureaus, valid for service duration only. Withdrawal prevents service completion and forfeits refund eligibility. We access your report only as many times as necessary.

9. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, city-level location, traffic source). No financial data is captured via cookies. Meta Pixel may be used for advertising — opt out via Facebook Ad Preferences.

10. Children's Privacy

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes communicated via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days before taking effect.
